Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms By booking a course with Safe Harbour Minds, participants agree to the following terms and conditions. Course Bookings Public course bookings are confirmed once full payment is received. Workplace and community training bookings are confirmed following written agreement and invoice arrangements. Participant Requirements Participants are expected to: • Attend the full course (12 hours) • Arrive on time for all sessions • Participate respectfully in discussions and activities • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal experiences shared during training Late Arrivals Participants arriving more than 20 minutes late may be ineligible for accreditation. Partial Attendance Partial attendance cannot be accredited. Participants who miss sessions may need to rebook another course (fees may apply). Safe Harbour Minds is committed to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment for all participants. Respectful Behaviour Participants are expected to: • Treat others with respect and courtesy • Respect differing experiences and viewpoints • Participate appropriately during training • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared Disruptive, aggressive, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course at the facilitator’s discretion. Refunds will not be provided where removal is necessary due to inappropriate behaviour. Course Certification Certificates are issued in accordance with course requirements and accreditation guidelines. Participants must complete all required components to be eligible for certification. Cancellation & Refund Policy Public Courses Cancellations by Participants • 7 days or more before course commencement: o Full refund or transfer available • Less than 7 days before commencement: o Non-refundable Transfer requests may be considered at the discretion of Safe Harbour Minds. Non-Attendance / No Show No refund or reschedule is available as venue costs, materials and instructor time are committed in advance. Cancellation by Safe Harbour Minds Safe Harbour Minds reserves the right to postpone or cancel training due to: • Low enrolment • Trainer illness • Unforeseen circumstances Participants will be offered: • Transfer to another course date, or • Full refund
